Accelerated Sports & Athletic Performance Fitness (ASAP Fitness) provides personalized training programs and skill/sports specific training programs tailored to the goals of the individual.

The vision of ASAP Fitness is to provide education, guidance and motivation, which in turn will allow you to experience the benefits of adopting a healthier lifestyle. We are committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals, no matter what your fitness level.

Our Philosophy:
We take personal training very “personally”. At ASAP Fitness your goals become our goals. We strive to understand your personal needs and aspirations to create a personalized training program that will enable your goals to be achieved in the safest, most effective way possible. In doing so, we seek to create and maintain trusted and valuable relationships with the clients we train. At ASAP Fitness we know that not everyone will be an elite athlete so we focus on developing confidence, discipline and a work ethic that will translate into all aspects of life.

Our Approach:
All new clients recieve a free no-obligation Fitness Consultation. This is where it all begins. During you fitness consultation it is our first opportunity to get to know each other. At this time you will recieve a complete health and fitness evaluation. This will include a review of your health and fitness history, fitness assessments, electronic body fat testing, and nutrional information.

Once your fitness starting point has been established, we discuss your short-term and long-term fitness goals. From this information ASAP Fitness will create your Personalized Training Program. As you progress through you goal-oriented Personal Training Program, you will receive Phone Coaching that provides you with motivation and accountibility that keeps you on-track towards your goals. You will receive bi-monthly Progress Reports documenting changes in your body composition and fitness level.
