What makes ASAP Fitness different from all the other personal training facilities? We can only comment on the type of experience we can offer you! It is our pledge to always provide the highest level of personal attention to you while training at ASAP Fitness, and with all your phone and online support. AT ASAP Fitness our pricing is all inclusive. ASAP Fitness is a non-membership facility, meaning there are no monthly membership fees in addition to your training sessions. We realize each person has their own: fitness goals, levels of experience/ability, unique life circumstances, etc. Thus, no two training programs we design are alike. You will receive an individualized training program under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, nutritional guidance which includes your own food journal, unlimited bottled water, towel service, and phone and online coaching that provides you with motivation and accountability that keeps you on-track towards your goals. We pride ourselves on our customer service and feel we provide the best in the area. Your goals are the most important of all; our job is to get you to your goals in the safest most effective way possible, while helping you create healthy habits that will allow you to maintain your new lifestyle.

How much does it cost to get started? Our training sessions cost $60 for a full one hour. We also offer several commitment packages, to fit clients’ schedules and budgets. We stake our reputation on our professionalism that you won’t get any pressure to over commit. Over commitment is not in our vocabulary!! You decide the length of your time with us. We are confident that after training with us you will find you have made a wise investment in your health and wellness.

How long are your sessions? Our sessions are a full one hour under the instruction and guidance of an experienced certified trainer and your trainer stays with you the whole time.

Will I train with the same trainer? We like to pair you up initially with a trainer, and create a great fit. Our goal is to keep your training consistent. Although since we do have a staff of experienced certified trainers there may be a time when you’ll train with another trainer.

How individualized are your training programs? At ASAP Fitness our training is designed to create healthy lifestyles. Our training programs are tailored to goals and abilities of the individual. They are designed to be safe, effective and efficient, to accommodate busy lifestyles.

How do I get started? We offer a free no-obligation Fitness Consultation. This is where it all begins. During your fitness consultation it is our first opportunity to get to know each other. At this time you will receive a complete health and fitness evaluation. This will include a review of your health and fitness history, fitness assessments, goal setting and we discuss your current nutritional status.
