Affordable. Personal. Effective.
It’s personal training in a group setting. This will be a fun, challenging & cost-effective. Small Group Training is limited to 4 or less people and is designed for you to work closely with a personal trainer, receive personal attention and is perfect for friends and couples who want to workout together.

Burning Fat, Building Muscle
This high energy class will have participants of all ability levels performing different exercise stations, challenging all of the major muscle groups of your upper and lower body, while blasting away body fat and giving your heart and lungs a workout like they have never had.

And, it will all happen in less than an hour!

In our small group personal training classes, we’ll be doing full body movements with things like bosu trainers, medicine balls, stability balls, TRX, ropes, resistance bands & tubing, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Each participant will be performing a different exercise for a set amount of time, then taking a brief rest. At the end of the rest, everyone will move to the next station, and perform a different exercise until the next rest period. Perform all four of the exercises twice and you will have completed one circuit, and each class will consist of three circuits.
