youth

This program focuses on the development of gross motor skills and movement patterns in children ages 8 through adolescence. Emphasis is on multilateral movement development by teaching a wide variety of skills to positively reinforce the athlete’s skill development.
Training consists of general strength exercises with an emphasis on body weight resistance training, band resistance training, conditioning, speed and agility development, flexibility, coordination, balance and gross motor skills.

Our trainers at ASAP Fitness acknowledge the responsibility of the positive influence we have on the young people we train. At ASAP Fitness our goals are to educate and develop a work ethic, enhance self-confidence and self-esteem and leadership skills.

Every young person will be able to apply these functional skills to their sport of choice, or to simply develop a healthier foundation for life.
