Mark is one of Northeast Ohio’s most sought after fitness & sports/athletic performance trainers because of his reputation for producing extraordinary results. These results have not come by accident. Mark’s dedication for continual education and his “in the trenches” experience; have proven to be a recipe for success.

Currently he is studying to complete his certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  

Mark provides strength training and conditioning for all levels of fitness from seniors to children who are ready to change to a better lifetime of health and fitness, to elite athletes who want to take their performance to the next level.

With over 16 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach Mark has trained hundreds of high school and youth athletes, produced many state & national champions. Mark has been a personal trainer since 2002. He holds national certification from American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) and CPR and First Aid certified through American Heart Association (AHA). His expertise lies in: weight loss, nutritional guidance, toning, shaping, sport performance enhancement and life skills development. Mark’s love for the lifestyle and helping people is what inspires him to be passionate about his work.

Mark is a lifelong strength athlete. He wrestled during youth through high school, he is also a former natural bodybuilder and competitive power lifter. Mark has won his weight class in several natural bodybuilding contests and holds meet records in power lifting. He’s currently persuing his interest in bi-athlons.

Mark and his wife Jacquie have been married for 10 years. They met each other while training at a local gym and continue to lead a lifestyle built around physical fitness and smart nutrition. Mark & Jacquie have two yellow Labrador Retrievers Buster & Sherman and enjoy many outdoor activities.
