Ken has experience working with clients of all age groups and abilities, and likes to work with anyone who is willing to give exercise a chance to better their lives no matter what goals they may have. I believe that working out regularly with proper nutrition can make the most positive changes in many aspects of a person's life, including better health and fitness,  more energy and sports performance.

Ken has been personal training since 2005, he  is a certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine or (NASM), and CPR and AED certified through American Heart Association (AHA) , he is currently studying to complete the American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal training certification. Ken also has experience designing and instructing small group exercise classes such as flexband strength and conditioning classes and cardio boxing circuit classes.

Ken say's the time he spends in the gym is the highlight of his day. Ken is always trying to set a positive example and provide as much encouragement as possible for his clients while he helps them achieve their personal goals. Ken became a personal trainer because it allows him to take the positive benefits of a regular exercise program and healthy lifestyle that he has in his own life and share it with others. Ken is very personal and outgoing person and always enjoy meeting new people.

Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.  -Plato
