Sarah Walden MS, RD, LD, is a registered, licensed dietitian and currently works for a national dialysis company, helping people with chronic kidney disease. As a registered dietitian, she is qualified to perform individual nutritional assessments and provide recommendations based on individual needs and goals. Prior to her current position, Sarah worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland for five years, in which she worked with a wide variety of conditions, including counseling on weight loss and heart-healthy diets.
Sarah also has a rich history in the athletic world, as she was a competitive gymnast for 14 years. Sarah competed at the state and national levels, including achieving the Individual State Championship title in gymnastics while completing for Magnificat High School. Sarah went on to earn a full athletic scholarship at Bowling Green State University. After her four years of undergraduate work, she went on to receive her Masters in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University.
Sarah continues to enjoy being involved in athletics and understands the importance of improving overall health to excel in athletic performance. She understands having a balance of mind, body, and spirit is an essential part of life.
